Prosecco
The palate is light and fresh with flavours of green tropical fruit, honeycomb and granny smith apple. A subtle mid palate sweetness is balanced by a peppery, chalky acidity, a tang of tonic water like texture, with a savoury finish which leaves the palate refreshed.
This is a non-vintage (NV) wine so the final blend is prepared from various vintages, maintaining consistency of the wine style.
